  1. I believe avoiding highly processed foods will be the first step to lose weight. They might taste beneficial, but refined foods include very little vitamins and minerals, making you take more to have enough energy to get throughout the day. If you are constantly feeding on these foods, moving over to grain and other complex carbohydrates will assist you to have more vigor while having less. Good blog post.

  2. You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something which I think I would never understand. It seems too complex and extremely broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I will try to get the hang of it!
